Most people are self conscious when it comes to their health. We look in all areas such as Western, Ayurveda, Chinese or Herbal medicines to name a few.
There are a few ways to eat and drink this particular fruit.
As a smoothie:
* 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk (and ice if preferred)
* Blend in a blender until smooth
As a desert, you can:
* Combine 1 1/2 cups of diced/chopped fruit
* 2 tbs of Chai seeds
* 1 cup of Almond Milk
* 1/4 cup tsp of vanilla
* Mix well and refrigerate before serving (eating)
As a breakfast, you can:
* 1 whole papaya and cup into half
* take out seeds, filling each half with Greek Yogurt
* top with blueberries
* and Nuts (any type you like)* eat and enjoy
